DSP’s non-certified site plans are produced using GIS (geographic information systems) technology and software, and substantiated by county data in relation to your property. The data output enables DSP to render the customized site plans adhering to a systematic process, to ensure data is corroborated among the available sources. As we do not make site visits to your property, the accuracy of our data is determined by the precision of our third-party sources. In some cases, results may show a maximum deviation of up to 2 feet. There are minimal cases wherein a land a feature obstructs the satellite imagery from showing an accurate view of your property.
