We do not do on-site surveys. Our site plans are produced through a process using county property data, along with several GIS and mapping software.
Our team of architects generate a well-researched site plans which does not replace an on-site survey, but is useful for many purposes during the design development and feasibility stage.
For cases that are in a more advanced stage of pre-construction and when the county requires a stamped document, we always recommend an actual on-site survey.
The accuracy of our site plans range between 90-95% or a difference of up to a maximum of 2 feet, although it is usually closer to a few inches or at times a zero variance.

Our standard file delivery is in PDF format, and we can also provide a jpeg file upon request.

We do accommodate up to 2 revisions, typically in layout and orientation of your planned/proposed structure placement.
Revisions such as changes in layout and minor additions are built-in
to our service, and we accommodate up to 2 modification requests. Beyond that we charge a nominal fee.
If you wish to add any other elements to your site plan that you may not have considered upon the time of ordering, you can always go to our add-ons page to update your order.
Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours, from the time the order is placed.
If you order on a Friday, you will receive your order on Monday. Saturday and Sunday orders will be delivered on Tuesday.

In cases when there are obstructions that affect the visibility of your property, we may request for photos of the site to ensure we can efficiently capture the missing data.
